On any given day, I can go online and be told that Ireland is full, that Irish Culture is being lost, that we are on the verge of Sharia law being imposed and that Ireland is on fire. None of this is true.

In that vein, I would like to thank all those who have worked over the past year to promote the cause of Irish Unity in the USA and Canada. For those whom I have met along the road and continue to inspire us, to challenge us and to share with us their hopes for the future,

This month the American Irish State Legislators Caucus held a zoom, where we were honoured to be joined by the Irish Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment and Robert Leslie, Head of Counsel, West Virginia Legislature and the Chair of the Senate of Ireland, Mark Daly.
