McGANN, age 75, retired Cleveland Police Officer Badge #412, beloved husband of the late Debra Ann (nee Kiena); son of the late Marie (nee Carey) and Raymond McGann; brother of Daniel (Kris) and the late Michael John McGann; uncle of Rebecca Betz (Ryan), Brandy Roth (Tim) and Gary Ernest; great-uncle of Grayson Betz; dear cousin of Bob McGann, Sr. and Bob McGann (Lyndsi); cherished “Grampy Ray” of Emberly and Robert Fox and Arlo McGann; beloved cousin and dear friend of many. Ray was a devoted member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Boland/Berry Division, in Cleveland, Ohio and the Retired Irish Police Society (RIPS). Passed away unexpectedly March 5, 2026.
