Created in 1991, The Pittsburgh Irish Festival, Inc. has gained recognition as an important presenter of Celtic culture due, in large part, to our highly successful festival. This event has become one of the nation’s finest Irish American festivals, and certainly the most comprehensive exhibit of Irish music, lore, food, and dance in the region. More than 500 lots spanning centuries of Irish life - from traditional spongeware and bog oak to Killarney work, vernacular furniture and objects connected to the 1916 Rising and Bloody Sunday - will be offered online September 15th.

iIrish Announces Irish Film Hub: All Our Yesterdays tells the story of Swinford, a small town in County Mayo—but it is really a story much bigger than one town. It is a story about the millions of us around the world who carry a piece of Ireland with us: in a surname, a half-remembered address, a photograph tucked away in a drawer, or a grandmother’s accent that never quite disappeared.
