This month the American Irish State Legislators Caucus held a zoom, where we were honoured to be joined by the Irish Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment and Robert Leslie, Head of Counsel, West Virginia Legislature and the Chair of the Senate of Ireland, Mark Daly.
During the call it was wonderful to discuss the continued strength of relationship between Ireland and the United States of America, as well as our shared commitment to deepening our economic partnerships and promoting our prosperity.

- The 2026 American Irish State Legislators Caucus and Ireland Trade Commisioners summit in Dublin from August 26th to 29th.
- The West Virginia’s Ireland Trade Comissions recent visit to Ireland.
- Opportunites for collaboration for St Patrick’s Day events, including cultural programmes, shamrock sourcing and recognition awards.
- Upcoming webinars featuring Taoiseach Micheál Martin (Prime Minister), Enterprise Ireland CEO Jenny Melia, IDA Chairman Fergal O’Rourkie and the Minister for Higher Education, James Lawless.
