Don’t Send in the Clowns
It’s been a challenging time for those who were supportive of Bozo. They have chosen to blind themselves to the uncomfortable reality that he’s simply a liar and a cheat. It’s amazing how loyal they are to one who is dismantling the very institution he claimed to love.
He blustered into their lives with great expectations, promising them the moon and the stars. Given that they were disillusioned and felt disenfranchised, they drank of that muddy water like it was pure. It didn’t matter that it tasted foul.
He had convinced them of its purity, and that’s all they needed. I’m waiting for the time when he hands out the Kool-Aid. It will be too late for them when he does. All his rhetoric has been divisive.
For a man who loves the circus so much, he’s created nothing but suspicion and fear. Those who speak ill of him either disappear or find themselves under the gun of some judge he’s duped.
We recently found out that he was cancelling some of the clowns. For some reason, he doesn’t understand the concept of free speech. In his twisted version of how things work, free speech is fine so long as it’s not aimed at him.
Even his loyal supporters are worried about his attack on the clowns. The clowns I know are some of the smartest people I’ve ever met, and I think it’s their intelligence he finds so annoying. He’s not really a master of language, and when it comes to bantering, you might be waiting for an eternity for a comeback.
We’ve watched him give speeches, and it’s so embarrassing. His command of language revolves around his ego. If he hasn’t saved us from global attack or economic ruin, he’s parading his pseudo-knowledge of science.

Among his recent claims, he believes that education makes you stupid, so he’s removing any grants to improve people’s minds. The most intelligent people, in his opinion, are those who can discern his messiahship. Unfortunately, when it comes to this criterion, I’m among the beasts of the wild who can spot a predator a mile away.
There is one notable feature in Bozo’s reign: he’s a master of distraction. When he points to one thing, he’s hiding something else. We’ve seen him when it’s come to light that he’s had some unsavoury relationships in his past. I don’t mean his frequenting sex workers.
His supporters are willing to put up with his sexual shenanigans, but when it comes to identification with a known pedophile, it’s a different matter. I can never quite work out their ethics. Their shifting of the goalposts is down to pragmaticism.
From a religious standpoint, they are conservative. They have high moral standards, or so it seems. They will gladly point the finger at their enemies, but should Bozo be found out, they are quick to defend him. Will his identification with a known pedophile be the last straw for them? I doubt it. Since 34 states still allow child marriage, and four of these states do not require a minimum age for marriage, I’m sure they’ll be able to justify his dodgy morality when it comes to the underage as an act of godliness.
As you can see, there’s enough fodder here to embolden the clowns to parade in front of his supporters’ eyes the facts, the real version of reality they’re afraid of facing. I think the clowns are trying to stage a sort of intervention because they care about the future of the circus.
They carry on with their very funny skits, knowing they’re in danger of currying Bozo’s wrath. One of them was suspended for his tomfoolery.
This action was a demonstration of power. It was Bozo’s way of threatening the other clowns. Fear is the one thing a dictator loves. It silences your opponents, and ensures loyalty, at least for the short term.
What Bozo doesn’t realise is that fear also strengthens the will of those who refuse to be bullied into submission. The ground swell of opposition is growing, and we can tell this by the way Bozo is using his big stick of justices to legally criminalise those who don’t toe the line.
The more he feels that he’s losing support, the more aggressive his attacks are. And, since there is no one making him accountable for his actions, he will become more brazen in his threats.
We all know that Bozo is a bully. And, as one of the clowns said, ‘if you give the bully your lunch money, it doesn’t stop there. He’ll be back for more.’ Bullies only stand down when you stand up to them. Lie under them, and they’ll keep you underfoot.
Thankfully, the clowns were supported, and the bully had to find another target for his seething anger. He’s gone all out in his delusions of power by creating his own brand of fake news. Using AI, he’s manipulating images, and words to discredit those who oppose him.
Soon, even those who love him will discover his own perversion of the truth is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. They will discover how much he’s been ripping them off to support his delusions of grandeur. The clowns will have their day. They will be celebrating the unmasking of one of the greatest cons in modern history, but none of us will be laughing.
We’re all to blame for allowing one man to implement the strategy of divide and conquer. He’s using old divisions to create suspicion, and distrust to solidify his control over us. We continue to let this man throw a tantrum, break the law, and get away without any consequences.
He’s right in thinking that he’s above the law. He’s proved it time and time again. The law is an ass, especially when it’s subservient to a man’s desire for vengeance.
When legal citizens are arrested, and imprisoned, we say nothing. In saying nothing, we open ourselves to the possibility of it happening to us, and by then it’s too late.
The next time he refuses to send in the clowns, we should ask ourselves why he’s doing that. If we begin to question his actions, we’ll find he’s trying to hide something important from us.
