Sullivan’s Brewing Co. and The Winking Lizard Join Forces
Sullivan’s Brewing Company of Kilkenny Co.Ireland has teamed up with The Winking Lizard to offer their Maltings Irish Ale at all eighteen Winking Lizard locations as well as their five Lizardville concept venues. Established in 1983 on Miles Rd. in Bedford, the company owned and operated by partners Jim Callam, John Lane and Fred Kobzowicz, is famous for their wings, ribs, chicken and burgers. Their beer list is extensive and features first class beers from around the world as well as local brewers.
John Lane, VP of Operations and beverage buyer for the company said, “Sullivan’s is the best Irish Red I’ve ever tasted”. He said The Winking Lizard’s goal is to help Sullivan’s brand grow in all of their markets.
