This is an educational trip for students aged 14-18 (must have finished 8th grade). They travel with a group of students from all over the country from June 30th to July 24th to Ireland. They will learn about the history, culture, and life in Ireland.
For many years the Shamrock Club, Irish Cultural Foundation, and Daughters of Erin have provided a scholarship to sponsor one high school student to go on this program. The student must download the application from the ILE website, IrishLifeExperience.com, fill out all required info EXCEPT financial, and email it to Kathy Burke at [email protected], by April 1st.
There will be an interview, only one student will be chosen from the applicants to receive the scholarship.
