The Story of Christmas
That special night in Bethlehem
The story now is history
In a poor manger
The King of the World saw life.
Outside the town of Bethlehem
There were shepherds on the mountain
Who heard from the angels
This is a happy story for ye
Now hurry to the stable
And look at the wonder there
Lying there in the manger
Is Jesus, King of the World
From the east came kings
Who followed the star in the sky
And they brought with them presents
For the little king in the manger
One hundred praises to you
Because it still is a marvel
That special night in Bethlehem
When the Son of God was born.

A blessed Christmas to all, may your coming year be filled with love, joy and peace. This is often called the most wonderful time of the year, but not for a lot of people. For some it can be very difficult for many different reasons. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give is of ourselves. Síocháin (peace).
